I very much agree with mental programing and the importance of spirituality and personal growth. Your brain structure really does change a bit if you are younger and imply those methods. However, every time quantum physics gets involved, I am getting a little bitter and ready to argue. Quantum physics teach that a certain particle remains in unknown for us position until observed and every quantum particle follows this principle, leading us to believe that life is either a plot of the total coincidence since every particle is in a random position until it's time has come or rather belive that our universe has already been created with every particle in a certain position (that we don't know) and that we call fate. No matter which "truth" you choose to believe in, thoughts are a complex reaction of phisical, chemical and biological factors. Laws of quantum physics exist only in the quantum world thus thoughts, spirituality and manifesting cannot be explained trough quantum physics in my opinion. I understand it is probably more like a metaphor, but science for me should be accurate, otherwise it would lose all it's worth. It was a good video tho!
